Açucar Nacional (National sugar) underwent rebranding to become competitive in the retail market which required an in-depth understanding of consumer and trader buying behaviour and preferences from sweetness level to grain size and color. Through targeted surveys and brand presence capturing countrywide we were able to provide them with actionable data to address marketing activities and on-shelf availability.
